Sitting Fees and guidelines

H.S. Senior sittings for color only starts at

Color and Black & White starting at

$30.00

We set aside 45 minutes for all sittings.

Clothing changes are allowed with a limit of three only.
Depending on time and back drops selected we may or may not get all three in. Time permitting extra clothing changes may be added at $10.00 each.

Cap and gown photos are an additional $10.00

Yearbook photo only sittings are $15.00
(Time limit of 15 minutes and only one outfit is allowed.)

Sitting fees are non-refundable and are not applied to orders.
Retakes will be available only if camera or lighting failure occurs!

Proofs

Proofs will be available for viewing the next business day after 3 p.m.

A deposit is required for checking proofs out of the store...$140.00

~*This deposit will be Applied or refunded if order is placed withing two weeks! After two weeks it will only be applied to your order if an order is placed within one month. Any questions, please ask!

Proofs must be returned to the lab when placing an order. No phone orders will be taken.

Please keep in mind proofs are meant to assist you and the lab with placing your order and not a final product & will no be reprinted. Some cropping and color adjustments may be necessary on final orders!

Large family shoots will require the purchase of eleven or more sheets to keep proofs.

Orders of ten sheets or more will receive one additional sheet free of charge. Same for every ten sheets thereafter.

Yearbook photos

You may choose to turn in one of your own wallet size photos from your order or we can print you a yearbook only photo for $5.00.

Your students are responsible for turning their photograph to their schools yearbook office!

Orders will be completed within two weeks time after placing of order.
If you need your order faster than two weeks time a rush fee does apply. This includes yearbook only photos!

Retouching is available for an additional charge. Each job is different so please ask for an approximate cost. Keep in mind this could extend the time of your order being completed by up to one addtional week.
